Shifted week number

Describe the bug

It seems that the week counter is shifted

Here it says that the 6th of October belong to the 41st week. Actually it belong to the 40th as it shows on Gnome (and other calendars).

Same issue with me, ie) shows Nov 7-13 as week 46 (should be week 45)

Same issue for me, essentially 2021 appears to have 53 weeks in it. I initially posted about this in the Obsidian forum (details here)
