Feature Request: Add month note in Calendar plugin

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would be love if we can have month plan in this plugin.

Describe the solution you'd like Now we can create daily and week plan just by click the date and week number. What if we can create a month plan by click the number of month at the upper left (For example, now it is "June", and clicking "June" will take us to a new note for our month plan)

I'd also like a Yearly Note which could serve as a kind of "home page" for the year.

Mostly I want a shortcut (e.g. Cmd + Shift + H) that takes me to a home note, and Calendar seems like a logical place, given I already use Cmd + Shift + T for Today.

Plus one to this feature, in combination with weekly and daily notes it gives full overview for short, medium and long term plans.

@sean25xiao @orlade-anz I've complied calendar v2.0 and it has support for monthly, but not yearly templates with periodic notes plugin.

Would be nice for the Month / year name on the calendar to link to those particular notes.
