Targets _grow_ in size when resizing window?

Attempted to jump from 0.5.2 to 0.7.x (and even 0.6.x), but found breaking behavior where a simple window resize would continually grow the two targets...the more resizing, the taller they became. (confirmed behavior in both Chrome and Safari on macOS)

Is this the intended behavior? I read through some of the other issues and could not tell if what I am describing was already filed or not exactly.

I can confirm this issue, here's an example: https://vsim.library.ucla.edu/xmlui/ watch what happens to the "featured project" image as you resize the window. It's kind of amazing.

Strange, thanks for the example @hardyoyo. Can anyone else confirm if they were also matching height with an image?

I'd entertain testing any workarounds, I'm at a loss for what to do. At the moment, it is mostly a "stop doing that!" kind of bug, but... it's hard not to look for it when you know it's there.
