Ability to exclude some elements' heights from calculations

As per my comment in issues. Any element with class mh-ignore-height will be ignored when looking for the highest element.

Wow thanks for this fix! This should really be merged in as there is a conflict with WordPress built in mejs video player causing the height of the video to become full window height.
