TeamCity System Message for Test Result Location

Added functionality to output TeamCity system message to provide location of test result files. This is following the convention for other TeamCity messages and can be switched on/off via a param.

We've been using this mod successfully for a little while now. It doesn't satisfy the plan to factor out the TeamCity specific parts but as the bits are already in it shouldn't have a negative effect.

@AwaNoodle Let me get the pending small bundle of fixes/enhancements for v1.1 out the door and I'll get this in. Would you be happy to work on scoping out #10 after this is done?
