can you provide a tuturail readme about how to use it ?

https://github.com/lhncbc/SemRep/blob/master/README.md provides a tutorial for installing SemRep as well as testing the installation.

For input, you can use plain text files or MEDLINE format. Input file examples are provided in the TestSuite directory: https://github.com/lhncbc/SemRep/tree/master/TestSuite. These files are used when testing the installation.
