Add character() :Promise<number> to sub-apis that are exposed via a specific character

This mirrors the addition of the fleet() and wing() methods in the fleet API for wings and squads.

Also make sure to add a similar corporation() function if necessary for sub-apis exposed by an authenticated corporation.
