Explanation of fields in the motion vector output files?

Hi there--

Based on your lab's papers, I'm interested in using the HEVC motion vectors as a feature for video analysis. I see that your code writes a text file containing motion vector information, but I'm having trouble understanding what the columns mean. Can you elaborate on this at all?
