identity rate in bwa

Dear developer， I have two questions with bwa mem I want to know the minimum identity rate in bwa mem. If a pair-end read has 98% identity rate with contig1 and 99% indentity rate with contig2. Which contig will be aligned with this pair-end read in bwa mem. Hope to your reply. Thanks in advance
