it is better to define it as user defined acl trap as not many asic support this packet type as native trap.

感觉把protonum != IPPROTO_UDP 地方改成 protonum != IPPROTO_UDP && protonum != IPPROTO_TCP就差不多了，不知道理解的对不对？
