No source code for `AutowareAiControlSensor` sensor plugin

Is the source code for the AutowareAiControlSensor public?

Among the list of sensors here, the AutowareAiControlSensor's implementation is missing from lgsvl's repositories here. Almost every other sensor on the list has an implementation public in that link.

LGSVL confirms last year they don't have it public but they're not sure why.
