Update to mxgrpah 3.9.8?

Is there a plan to update to the latest mxgraph version?

These typings are derived from a typescript fork of Mxgraph. Since there is currently no chance of the upstream adopting typescript, the project has been discontinued. Thus I will not be updating the typings at this time.

Even though MxGraph is now available in Version 4, these typings still cover the large majority of functions and options. Feel free to improve the typings and submit a merge request.

I would like to submit a merge request, for that I created a new local branch that I'm trying to push. Github tells me that I don't have the rights is it normal ?

You should have the rights to push to your own clone on github and then after that ask for a merge request.
