SkippedLagged Cash-to-Points

Love the project! Could you explain how SkipLagged's cash to points works? Initially, I thought this meant using a SkippedLag fare but booking with the relevant airlines' points but I'm not so sure.

For example, a flight from ORD to LGA on Dec. 26th shows a cost of 10,000 points but I'm not able to find the ability to book the flight with 10,000 points through United nor SkippedLagged! image

Could you help me understand where the gap in my knowledge is? Thanks!

(Alternatively, a way to filter out SkippedLag and/or other airlines would be great!)
