Create and publish docker image of awardwiz-scrapers server that processes anonymous requests

Nice project. Yet the functionality is quite limited. Also public version has some plugins timing out, while they're working locally.

Could you create an alternative version that processes anonymous requests (i.e. skips token verification and ratelimiting) and publish the docker images for common platforms?

With such container it would be easy to come up with some automation locally.
