Ability to define default timezone

I'm using calcurse together with a Google Family calendar. But after years of complains there is no possibility to set the right timezone for this calendar :-(

My systems timezone is Europe/Berlin and the timezone for the Google Family calendar is hardcoded to GMT+00:00.

So all appointments I enter via calcurse appear at the wrong start/end time.
