add support for OpenDocument files like odt

Adding support for open document file format would help the transition to open source document types.

File support in general is very limited.

Since this project was marketed as a better alternative to Google NotebookLM (as shown in the README comparison table), I expected it to support a comparable suite of file types, including many image, video, and audio formats (since their content can also be vectorized with multimodal embeddings).

However, right after starting to use it, I was disappointed that it does not even support popular formats where text can be easily extracted and indexed, such as XLSX, PPTX, and others.

Hey @Hamza5 .. we actually had a lot of files disabled for the beta launch. They have all been enabled today. Image, video, powerpoint files are again supported as of now.
