MDA with Commodore 8032SK: H.Pos adjustment: Picture too far on the right

Hi!

I've made a new layout. Device is working. Connected an old Commodore 8032SK. VGA Signal is good, but the characters are too far on the right. with H.Pos adjustment it is possible to move it, but not enough. Any clue which Parameters to Change? I can supply any measurements if needed.
