Achieve Silver Badge for OpenSSF BadgeApp (Best Practices)

Currently EVE has achieved 100% "passing" level for the OpenSSF Best Practices App. The next level is the Silver Badge, which we are passing 64%:

We need to go on each "unmet" or "?" criteria and implement the recommendations to get a full pass.
