Http Pull Resource need detailed information

I need few queries on following questions

  1. How to use data template to form dynamic payload and header to send http request ? (Ex. Elastic Search Dynamic Query)?
  2. How to trigger http source at that time of rule trigger and not frequently?

Do you mean httppull source? Source is the first operator of a rule thus it did not receive "dynamic" content from previous operator, how do you expect to "form dynamic payload"?
