rename eden CLI commands to eve

Per the discussion here: https://lists.lfedge.org/g/eve-tsc/topic/82812931#777

The first step in the goal to unify branding around everything eve requires no repo name changes, but rather to rename "eden ..." commands to be "eve ..." commands. A doc that includes a comprehensive list of all possible eve CLI commands (and a response to "eve --help" showing a summary of those commands), would be useful.

In parallel, we will need to update all the eden readme docs: https://github.com/lf-edge/eden/tree/master/docs

And then update:

  • other GitHub repositories that contain eve-related readmes
  • LF Edge Project EVE wiki
  • Additional EVE-related external content
