Make EVE image for the different ADAM and support certificates import/export

I wanna be able to extract certificates from ADAM (say cloud Eden/ADAM) and transfer it locally so I can build some local EVE(say for RPI) instead of building RPI image in the cloud and transfer the image. Also I want to be able to reuse EVE with redeploying ADAM/EDEN infrastructure only & reonboard EVE
