AddressBook framework 已经被废弃了，现在应该用 Contacts framework。我试了一下，貌似在命令行中无法唤起通讯录权限的申请框，也许需要把这个项目改成 macOS 的 GUI 程序才行。有空再试了。

我在iterm下执行，可以正常申请权限。但这个权限是给iterm的，不是给编译出来的目标程序的。
