Can not able to set Option minGapTimeBetween

I wanted to put 8 hours gap beetween 2 event, I have tried to assign miliseconds to an option e.g minGapTimeBetween = 28,800,000, but i cant see any effect on UI, its has its default 1 hour Screenshot
