Feature Request: Configure multiple atom-notes directories per project

Is it possible to setup multiple atom-notes folders or projects?

Not currently, sorry. It wouldn't be too hard to add though. Sadly I don't have much time to devote to working on this at this time.

I'm not altogether sure what is being asked here -- atom-notes works nicely with notes kept in subfolders (and searches those subfolders too). However there is a bug I noticed with interlinks to subfolders. An interlink to something like this works fine:

  [[\Minor issues\Quick hints]]

But in the process of experimenting with how to configure interlinks to a subfolder I found that using a full path crashes atom completely when the interlink is opened

 [[X:\GDrive\Notes\Minor issues\Quick hints.md]]
