It's because the clicks are being passed through the Lua console window and onto whatever's on the map.... That shouldn't happen.

Thanks mugmuggy... in that case, this behaviour is not what is wanted for the Lua Console.... you shift off the wanted entity just by clicking the button.
It's likely if you want to execute a script with a hovered entity, having to mouse back to the "Execute" button can cause the target entity to change. Should really...
