No, I think females have a specific death anim in contrast to males... Likely their outer shape?

Changes updated. I've left alone self.max_salary for the moment, as there's been some chatter about what and where it's true home is.

Made an oversight on this one -- wage increases were doubling a staff member's current wage; and then some more... Fixed now :) Edit: Also an issue where the comments...
