PyYAML 5.4.1 dependency does not support PEP 517

Running poetry add pyscalpel fails due to error encountered while building the PyYAML package. PyYAML version 5.4.1 does not support PEP 517, so cannot be used in virtual development environments. Version needs to be bumped.

There are many pull requests unattended from dependency bot. Is this project still active?
