added HTML parse for DNS IP

added a HTML parse to get the DNS IP's from http://tunlr.net/get-started/ and compare them against preference when you open it, and asks you if u want to update the settings, however, if you change to your own DNS servers, it will ask you forever lol, was gonna do a update-button in menubar but i decided not to, shouldnt be too hard to add it yourself.

not sure about 'release' stuff for memory cleaning and whatnot so i ignored that, you might want to fix that if it's an issue.
