Added ability to define an account-email

Pingdom allow enterprise users to define an "account-email" header to gather pingdom alerts for a different email than the email registered with: https://www.pingdom.com/features/api/documentation/#multi-user+authentication

This fix looked like it would work, but I'm still getting Not permitted for account type. (403 Forbidden) (Pingdom::Error) ...I have modified the config.json to include account_email and tried changing to account-email with no success. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if this patch/solution has since changed?
