Consider bumping to Brave 4.2

Brave 4.2+ has all sorts of goodies to help development. All the instrumentation standard instrumentation will use it starting in Brave 4.3 https://github.com/openzipkin/brave/tree/master/brave#brave-api-v4

Ps brave 4.3 is silently released and has new http adapter which allows for path based sampling. Formal release and 4.3.1 monday. It also has logging integration etc. Finally it has interop test jar. Please have a look at the project readme especially instrumentation one.
