better homepage

Also it would be awesome to have an option to download each icon individually as a standalone svg file. I already have a build pipeline that creates an svg sprite out of all icons in icons folder. It is way easier to manage this folder than to come here to re-select all the icons I need whenever I choose to remove or add any.

@mhernandes thanks a lot! I am currently working on refactoring the project for some problems (#31, etc.), and a new homepage will be included in the new branch before I merged it into master branch. It might take me about two weeks, and if you are interested, we can do it together ;-)
