Hybrid char editor - brush preview in hi-res

Tested primarily with a blank Vic 20 project.

Create a new charset image, set 'Display hybrid', set border pen to $09 (pink) and leave Aux pen to red. Save the file, close it and re-open as there are some minor issues if this is not done.

To replicate, resize the brush with the mouse wheel to see it is displayed in hi-res with a multi-colour ink selected.
