Please add build instructions for Debian based distros

Hi there. I couldn't get the AppImage working so I tried to build it. I refuse to install snapd. I tried to follow your Arch build instructions, but some of those package names are not the same. So could you please provide build instructions for us non-Arch users? Preferably for ease purposes, I'd like a DEB package. But build instructions will be fine. Thanks.
