Gotcha graphicsmagick vs imagemagick

Small gotcha: graphicsmagick convert does not support the -quiet parameter.

Took some digging for time to figure out why gifcurry was failing to save gifs. Turns out I had graphicsmagick installed on my Ubuntu 22.04.

Maybe one for the docs?
