Documentation - Features of Editor

We have a documentation running at https://docs.letterpad.app/ It uses GitBook.

We would need Help articles. For this issue, we would like add a page on how to use the editor. The editor has markdown and rich text. But it has limitations. It will be nice to list all the features.
