Add Kitten to projects in clients.json

Kitten is a Small Web development kit (server + framework) that uses Node.js as its runtime.

Every Kitten sites/app automatically provisions certificates from Let’s Encrypt using Auto Encrypt.

This pull requests supersedes the request for Site.js that was originally submitted as part of https://github.com/letsencrypt/website/pull/1203 which was not merged (not sure why as no reason was provided).

Kitten is the successor to Site.js, which has now been sunset.

Thanks for the submission. Pending our reorganization of the clients list, we are currently not accepting new projects that aren't "ACME clients" into this list.

I've made a note about this project for use if we start tracking "projects that integrate ACME support" separately from clients.
