Add Site.js (project) and Auto Encrypt (Node.js)

Site.js is a personal web server that automatically provisions certificates using Let’s Encrypt.

Auto Encrypt is the library used by it to do the certificate provisioning.

Hi @aral. Not sure why it wasn't previously approved. On my end, I'm seeing that this is a little out of date and has a merge conflict. Can you 1) close this pull request, 2) create a new PR using the latest version of letsencrypt:main and recreate your changes there, and then 3) tag me for review. Thanks!
