Uzbek translations are added.

Please wait before translating too much:

  • The language must be validated first by a Let's Encrypt member
  • The translation will probably take place on Crowdin (https://crowdin.com/project/lets-encrypt-website)

I've fixed the technical details that were blocking.

Is it ready to be reviewed and published?

If some translations are wrong, you can fix them on Crowdin if the file is already translated there: https://crowdin.com/project/lets-encrypt-website/uz (and I will update this PR with a Crowdin export); If the translation that needs to be fixed is not yet on Crowdin, I think it's ok if you just fix it here.

This PR can be closed. I can see the Uzbek on both - Crowdin and the production site.
