Support IP+DomainName certificate and IP-only certificate for better privacy

  1. Support IP-only certificate, but a domain name (A/AAAA record = IP address) is still required for trust and validate.
  2. Support DomainName+IP certificate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_DNS_lookup
