I made some changes to translation to make it feel better. the website needs some CSS changes for RTL languages

(you don't need to translate en.toml again as you already have done it here)

To add a new language we need at least a few pages in that language, preferably about and getting-started for example, so at least the introduction is translated and not just the menus.
