mobile: be clear when a TP can't be edited, only deleted

Now it can be confusing and is confounded by the location problems. As the user, I see the whole form for editing, but then just the delete button, if the distance is too big. Trying to exit the screen even warns about unsaved changes (cancel, exit, no save&exit), but there's nothing the user can do, the effort was wasted.

Displaying a greyed out save button (instead of none) would help, but the user already did all the editing work by then, so they need to be aware of it earlier. Maybe a popup on entering edit mode when too far, letting them know they can only delete.

Same issue has been brought up by several users around the world. We should have a pop-up. Also, app store descriptions need to be edited with our limitations (photo cannot be uploaded from phone, deletion can be done in 24h by the same user, edit can be done in 100m radius, how teams can be added to the app)
