[Offline] [Create trashpoint] Can't edit trashpoint location in offline

Device: Samsung S4 note 6.0.1 Pre-conditions: App was created and built from master branch. Release build

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to the app as volunteer
2. Turn app to offline mode
3. Tap create trashpoint
4. Add photo
5. Tap Edit location
6. Try to save trashpoint with changed location

Actual result: nothing happens

Expected result: volunteer can change trashpoint location in 100 radius meters

I would go live with it. User can delete and create a new trashpoint.
