[Offline] [Both] Create trashpoint zoom of Europe picture is shown in offline mode

Device: SGS7 7.0, iPhone 8+ 11.3.1 Pre-conditions: App was created and built from master branch. Release build

Steps to reproduce: (Android) 1) Log in the app (location allowed) 2) Turn off Wi-Fi -> create trashpoint in offline mode 3) Check map picture shown.

Actual result: Create trashpoint zoom of Europe picture is shown in offline mode, not last user's location.

Steps to reproduce: (iOS) 1) Log in the app (location allowed) 2) Turn off Wi-Fi -> create trashpoint in offline mode 3) Check video attached.

Actual result: Check map, check edit location view - zoom of Europe picture is shown in offline mode, not last user's location, search bar visible (video attached).

This is to be expected in offline mode, it's probably the last map tileset downloaded.

@lynxlynxlynx do you mean about android? Cause on iOS it looks kinda weird with the search bar. I've decided to mention this, because the last saved location was shown on the map in the offline mode, not the Europe view.

I mean it in general. In offline mode the app can't download maps, so what is displayed is probably the last thing shown. I guess one could make an argument that we should zoom in anyway, even if there's no map data there.
