[Offline build][Android] Blue screen is shown "undefined is not an object (evaluating'e.major')"

Device: Samsung S4 note 6.0.1/ SGS/ Motorola Preconditions: App was created and builded from master branch. Release build Steps to reproduce: [Android app] Start the app Check screen

Result: app is constantly loading or blue screen with undefined is not an object (evaluating'e.major') error is shown http://take.ms/rb5eg

Is not reproducing on iOs. Case a bit weird because I started build at morning and app loads slow but after loading it was opened with map and all data. Perhaps this case can be caused some expo issue or some timeouts?

Reproduced issue once with latest build, steps not clear but it seems it is connected to connection state (e.g. when connection is unstable, during switching from one Wifi to another) and expo get error during upload.

Maybe the same as #211, just exploding elsewhere in the stack.
