Feature: structuring the custom filters configuration page

Entries could be sorted by their TLD / definition before saving them into the database. So that I will always find entries for www.amazon.com before www.zalando.com. A table of contents where I could click on "Z" and directly jump to domains starting with Z would be great as well but I guess this could be complicated.

Really loving this idea, not sure how we could go about implementing this though. Maybe working on https://github.com/xvello/letsblockit/issues/68 could pave the way towards a "smarter" editor.
