What content should be blocked?

This filter is interesting for everybody that uses ONLY the mail functionality of web.de. Normally there are several pages of "garbage". Everything except the login fields are removed. Some tracking is blocked. The cloud drive functionality is broken. This is a really extreme template as you can see on the following screenshot:

If you think that filter is interesting I will make a PR. I have the same filter for gmx.net

Update: They seem to change the page quite frequently. I have to watch this further.
