Bash completion shows all commands when start typing some command

When type lets a - it has to suggest only commands which start with a but suggested shows all available commands

[sarim]

Because of this, command doesn't get completed.

he should return "hello" only, and it should complete to hello.

I guess the issue is in the bash completion script, I'll try to figure it out.
