CSV export is broken

As said in #7, CSV export seems to be broken. Only the first 20 entries are visible in the exported sheets. JSON export seems to be fine.

Perhaps we should update papaparse (and the jQuery slim build while we're at it).

Here it works flawlessly, just exported a csv file with 474 lines (with version 1.1.1).
