Window performances

Describe the bug
Window performances are low especially when resizing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a simple window
  2. Resize it
  3. Window is really slow to resize its contents and we can see large blue background bands

Expected behavior
Correct resize performances. I compared with the Mahapps custom window and it does not have this performance issue.
