Training the model on my own data and knowledge base

Hi, Is that possible to train your model on a different knowledge base (other than Yago and Wikipedia) and different train and test files (other than AIDA...)?

If so, what should be the input format? what are the files needed? (not detailed in https://github.com/dalab/deep-ed/tree/master/entities)
